Basic Swisscom charges for telephone, TV and radio will amount to CHF 90.—per month. Call charges according to individual tax counter without any surcharge. Internet Free Wireless Lan* 24 hours and 7 days a week. Ask in our office for your Username and Password. *Free on a fair use basis. Illegal and/or excessive downloads (e.g. movie watching) are not allowed. In case of violation the management will deny access to this service. TV Cable TV with Swiss, German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabian, Greek etc. channels. Full HD LCD Screen and Blu-Ray-Player. Laundry You have two options: Either you choose our top quality laundry service or you make use of our self-service, coin operated washing machine and tumbler dryer. Elevator Yes Parking Closed private parking available on request. Rental Period Minimum of one week. No fixed end dates. Cancellation Policy Reservations can be cancelled free of charge 15 days prior to first day of the rental period. Early departures noticed 15 days in advance will get a refund on the remaining rental period. Departures at shorter notice will not get a refund. Prices All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include breakfast and daily room service according to the description. Pets Are not allowed. Visitors Additional bed and set of towels CHF 25.--/Day
